The Deliverance Process:
1. Deliverance is often a progressive process rather than a one-time event. God can deliver instantly, but the typical biblical pattern is gradual—driving out enemies “little by little” (Deuteronomy 7:22).
2. I release every demand about how my session, manifestations, or healing should look. I entrust this whole session into Your hands, Jesus.
3. God himself declares “I am the LORD, your healer” — all true healing (physical or spiritual, deliverance) comes from God alone. Ministers in the spiritual hospital are only vessels. I understand that God determines how much or what gets healed in me.
4. I recognize that lacking a dramatic, outward demonic manifestation doesn’t mean my session was unsuccessful. Manifestations vary widely in form and intensity—they aren’t all-or-nothing. My experience may simply look different from what I’ve seen in others. I trust that God is in control and is healing me in ways I may not yet perceive.
5. I understand that I will receive exactly the healing God provides during my session.
6. I know that as soon as I start my healing and deliverance journey, the enemy will intensify his attacks to discourage me. These attacks will likely begin right after I book my first session and may continue even afterward. His goal is to stop me from pursuing deliverance and healing, and to make me believe that it doesn’t work or that the session did nothing.
7. I know that after I book my appointment, Satan may use one of two lies to try to make me cancel: He might intensify the attacks to pressure me into canceling and appease him, or he might stop the attacks completely so I think I don’t need healing after all. Both are the devil’s deceptions.
8. I understand that starting my deliverance and healing will expose the enemy’s hiding places in me and my family. I may see new demonic manifestations in myself and loved ones, but this is positive—God commands us to expose evil (Eph. 5:11). Satan wants family darkness to remain hidden, but the Holy Spirit will bring it into the light.
9. As the enemy is exposed in my life, my pain may intensify before it eases. Still, I know the final victory is mine. I begin this process resting in the truth that Jesus already defeated him on the Cross. (1 John 3:8)
10. I understand that my healing and deliverance is my fight. It’s not anyone else’s—including the ministers’. At Gideon Ministry, we will stand with you, but the battle belongs to the Lord. I will show up to the battlefield in faith, and God will fight for me. Victory is mine in His perfect timing. (See 2 Chronicles 20:17)
11. I recognize that my struggles have deep roots—likely reaching back to childhood, the womb, or even my ancestors. So I will be patient as God heals me gradually. I won’t demand instant results, but will submit my healing to Jesus (James 4:7).
12. I understand that inner healing is usually required before demons can be cast out. This means healing the dissociated fragments created by childhood trauma—such as abuse, rejection, abandonment, or molestation. Since demons can hide in these broken parts, they often cannot be fully expelled until those fragments are healed. As a result, the deliverance minister will likely need to spend significant time on inner healing first.
13. I know only Jesus can heal my dissociated, fragmented, and broken parts by His Spirit. He binds up the brokenhearted (Isa. 61:1; Ps. 147:3).
14. I also understand that inner healing is equally important—if not more so—than casting out my demons.
15. I understand that my healing may not come all at once or in the order I expect. God is sovereign—He knows exactly what I need, what I can handle, and what is best for me right now.
16. I recognize this battle is fought in my mind. The enemy will do everything possible to make me quit, as his main goal is to stop me from winning spiritual and emotional freedom. I must persevere.
17. I know that surrendering won’t make the enemy leave me alone. It will keep attacking whether I stop fighting for healing and deliverance or not. The enemy plays dirty and wants only to steal, kill, and destroy every area of my life.
18. I know the only way to make the enemy flee is to resist, resist, resist in the name of Jesus. See James 4:7.
19. I understand the Formula for Freedom in James 4:7: Submit to God, resist the devil, and he will flee. Submitting to God requires forsaking sin in my life.
20. I understand that my recent and ongoing sins—especially substance use (drugs, alcohol) and sexual sins (fornication, pornography, adultery)—can greatly hinder what God can do in this session. To be truly set free, I must forsake these sins and repent. Without genuine repentance, Satan will not release me. (See 2 Tim. 2:24-26)
21. I understand that genuine deliverance requires a sincere desire to submit fully to Jesus and seek His healing. The Deliverance Encounter session is not intended for those uninterested in surrendering to Him. Private sessions with Gideon Ministries are most effective for individuals who earnestly want to invite Jesus and His Spirit into every area of their lives, willingly surrendering all to Him and choosing to turn away from sin.
22. I understand that fully submitting to God requires removing all Satanic or ungodly objects from my life, including idols, dreamcatchers, tribal artifacts, items tied to false religions, occult materials, occult books, pornography, drug paraphernalia, and similar things. I recognize that I must destroy these items before my deliverance session, since their presence can give demons legal ground to remain. This is supported by Deuteronomy 7:26, which addresses the danger of possessing such objects, and Acts 19:19, which shows the early believers burning occult items.
23. I recognize the need to immediately protect my upcoming appointment by placing a spiritual hedge around it. I refuse to allow Satan to have his way and prevent me from attending. Right now, I declare that the enemy cannot hinder or stop me in any manner. I cover the entire appointment with the Blood of Jesus. For an in-person session, I will confirm the exact location. For a Zoom session, I will test my device and the application thoroughly. I remain fully aware that the enemy strongly opposes my Deliverance Encounter and will do everything possible to derail it.
24. We are highly accessible by phone and encourage you to call us anytime for prayer, questions, or support. If we miss your call, we will return it promptly. We are fully available for follow-up—before or after your session. While we cannot submit to God on your behalf, we are here to encourage you and pray with you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you need us!
25. I know that through my endurance, victory is mine in Jesus Christ! (1 Cor. 15:57)
